Riverside Addition
A ranch house that turned its back on a wooded lot. The owners wanted a room where they could see the trees year round.
What changed
We added a 16 by 20 foot sunroom off the kitchen with a vaulted timber ceiling, triple-pane windows on three sides, and in-floor heat. The old exterior wall became a wide cased opening, so the kitchen and the new room read as one space.
