What we build.

Four kinds of work, one way of doing it: our own carpenters, a fixed price, and one person accountable from walkthrough to walk-out.

Kitchens

Layouts that fit how you actually cook, cabinetry built in our shop or sourced semi-custom, and the plumbing, electrical, and lighting planned before demolition starts.

  • Layout and design drawings
  • Custom and semi-custom cabinetry
  • Quartz, stone, and butcher block counters
  • Lighting, plumbing, and electrical
  • Flooring and tile backsplash

Most kitchens take 8 to 12 weeks on site.

Bathrooms

Showers you can walk into, floors that stay warm, and storage built to the room. Every tile job is waterproofed and flood-tested before tile goes down.

  • Tile and curbless showers
  • Heated floors
  • Vanities and built-in storage
  • Ventilation and lighting
  • Accessibility upgrades

Most bathrooms take 4 to 6 weeks on site.

Additions

More room without moving. We handle drawings, permits, foundation, framing, and finish, and tie the new space into the house so it looks like it was always there.

  • Sunrooms and four-season rooms
  • Primary suites
  • Second stories
  • Permits and inspections
  • Foundation to finish

Most additions take 14 to 20 weeks on site.

Whole-home

Several rooms or a full house, phased so you can keep living there. One schedule, one price, and one project manager for every room.

  • Phased scheduling
  • Open floor plans and structural changes
  • Flooring, trim, and paint throughout
  • Kitchens and baths together
  • Dust control and daily cleanup

Timelines are set room by room in your proposal.

How a project runs

1

Walkthrough

Your project manager visits, measures, and listens. No charge, no pressure.

2

Fixed-price proposal

Drawings, selections, and one price. It only changes if you change the plan.

3

Build

Our own carpenters on site, a weekly update from your manager, and a clean house every night.

4

Walk-out

A final walkthrough together, a punch list closed in writing, and a two-year workmanship warranty.

Not sure where to start?

Most projects start with one room and a list of what bugs you about it. That's enough for a walkthrough.
