Dan Kessler started Ironwood in 2009 after twelve years as a finish carpenter. It's still his name on every proposal and his number on every job sign.
How we work
One price
Your proposal is a fixed price. It changes only if you change the plan, and you approve any change in writing before we do the work.
One crew
Our own carpenters, not whoever is free that week. You'll know everyone in your house by name.
One contact
Your project manager runs your job start to finish and sends an update every Friday, whether anything changed or not.
Clean every night
Floors covered, dust walls up, tools out of the way. You're still living there, and we act like it.

Every project carries a two-year workmanship warranty. If something we built isn't right, we come back and fix it.
