Elm Street Bath

A cramped primary bath with a tub nobody used and a step-in shower that leaked into the kitchen ceiling. The owners wanted one big shower they could walk into for the next thirty years.
What changed
We pulled the tub, sistered the joists the leak had softened, and built a curbless shower with a linear drain and a bench. Large-format porcelain runs floor to ceiling, with heated floors, a 60-inch double vanity, and blocking in every wall for grab bars later.

“They found the rot on day two, showed us, priced the fix before touching it, and still finished the week they promised.”
